The Story

After you inherited not one, but three houses from your rich grandparents, your life has changed for the better. You ascended from broke to wealthy in that moment and now it is your responsibility to make money out of these properties. The solution is renting, of course. But what will you do when your tenants - all three of them hot girls - are troublesome? One is unable to pay, the other is messy and the third... well, she is a whole new thing.
